Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) of Southern Colorado is so very thankful for the many area schools who faithfully collected Pop Tabs throughout the 2009-2010 school year. "Pulling for the House" helps support our programs of the last 23 years and the environment!
The support raised through recycling these little tabs help us as we help families staying at the Ronald McDonald House, in the Ronald McDonald Family Rooms in Memorial Hospital and Saint Frances Medical Center and those receiving medical and dental care on the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile.
The results of the OFFICIAL WEIGH IN produced this years Mountain of Love winning school! Our heartfelt congratulations went to MARTINEZ ELEMENTARY in Colorado Springs, followed by a close second at Rocky Mountain Classical Academy.
On May 19th, a celebration assembly was held at Martinez - Principal Bobbi Long wore the coveted Pop Tab Sombrero while dancing the Macarena for her students delight!
